A natural way to boost HGH and testosterone levels

So what happens when HGH and testosterone levels drop? The first thing you should know is that this is a natural part of life. Aging takes a toll on a person’s body in various ways. Some people find that they do not have the same energy they once had, others gain weight, grow tired faster, experience mood swings or even have trouble sleeping. It seems that once your testosterone and HGH levels drop your body starts to falls apart. Not to worry, we are going to discuss how an individual can increase the levels of these two hormones naturally.

The first thing that you should do is to have adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation normally affects the hormonal cycle, leading to lower amounts of HGH and testosterone levels. Although excessive sleeping does not increase these hormones, if you are always burning the midnight oil the body will suppress the efficient distribution of these hormones in the bloodstream. You should therefore ensure that that you keep normal sleeping habits.

Form a habit of eating right; eat smaller meals (6-7 meals) instead of the three large ones per day. Large meals force the body to release high levels of insulin to aid digestion. This reaction will not only force your body to store fat but it will also lower the testosterone and HGH hormones levels in your bloodstream. Form a habit of eating foods low in sugar to prevent insulin release. You are better off eating a balanced diet and meals that are high in proteins.

Make sure that you exercise regularly. A stretching exercise routine has a direct effect on what the pituitary gland puts out to build strength. A research study has found out that the amounts of testosterone and HGH hormones produced depends on how intensive your workout is. Some great examples of exercises include weight lifting, squats, etc. Even so, ensure that you do not over-train as this increases stress levels which can decrease the production levels of these hormones.

Another natural way of increasing your HGH and testosterone hormones is eating a small carbohydrate or protein meal a few hours before and after exercising. This leads to a significant increase in testosterone and HGH in the bloodstream.

Finally, try not to eat a big meal just before you sleep. This is due to the fact that the body releases the largest amounts of HGH and testosterone in the first two hours of sleep. If you have insulin in excess due to the large meal, it will suppress the high output of these hormones thus preventing your body from taking advantage of these hormones as it rests.
